Neil Lennon has revealed what convinced him to return to the dugout with Dunfermline.
The former Celtic boss has won the lot in Scottish football at the very top level while he has experience of the Scottish Championship when he guided Hibs to the league title during his time in charge at Easter Road.
His most recent roles came abroad at Rapid Bucharest and Omonia Nicosia, where he lifted silverware, but both jobs didn't go to plan and he now finds himself back in Scotland at East End Park as he bids to keep the Pars in the second tier.
They currently occupy the relegation play-off spot but Hamilton are just two points ahead in eighth and Queen's Park six clear in seventh - having played a game less.
Lennon will come up with a familiar face to get up and running when his side face Scott Brown and Ayr United.

The legendary Celtic skipper knows what to expect from his old boss and is certain he will get a reaction from Dunfermline.
Lenny himself has seen a positive response from the players on the training ground after a couple of days. He's delighted to be trusted with the role and insists the owner and chairman made a very strong case for him taking over during talks.
Speaking to Sky Sports, Lennon explained: "It's a privilege to start with. Last week we had a lot of conversations with myself, the chairman and owner. They made a very compelling argument for taking the job.
"There is an old adage from Sir Alex where sometimes you pick your owners rather than the club. I think we've got a good one here. Further down the line he has really good aspirations for the future of the club. I wanted to align myself with that.
"I am excited, but we've got a lot of work to do which isn't going to happen instantly but I have had a good response from the players over the last two days. I am delighted with their attitude and application. We are taking it one day at a time so far.
"It is great to be back in football, I know how competitive the Scottish Championship can be and we are not in the best of form.
"Last time I managed in the Championship was with Hibs. You learn from all the experiences as you go along. I really enjoyed my time with the media - believe it or not - but coaching is always what I wanted to do.
"I don't know how long this is going to be and we will take a view on it as we go along. But I am very excited about the prospect of trying to take Dunfermline forward."
